Complete Classroom Services is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a school in Leighton Buzzard, with an immediate start available.

The Role

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil, helping them access learning and engage with classroom activities.
• Support the class teacher in delivering an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Adapt support to meet the pupil's individual educational, social and emotional needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence and participation in school life.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to promote the pupil's progress and wellbeing.
