At a Glance
To work with internal SAP support team, third party/back‑office support consultants and business users to deliver robust solutions accurately and in a timely manner, to meet business requirements.
Title: SAP HR Consultant

What you will do
- Participation in projects from pre‑project stages to project delivery and support
- Resolution and investigation of incidents
- Ensure HR departments key objectives are understood and able to provide SAP best practice guidelines
- Delivery of solutions based on business requirements highlighted through change requests
- Providing functional and technical specifications
- Assistance to Integration, Basis, S&A, Functional and third‑party consultants
- Key liaison role with SAP co‑ordinators, business process owners and key users
- Assistance with training documentation creation
- Unit, integration and co‑ordination of user acceptance testing
- Proactively suggesting business improvements, in particular working with the SAP ERP6.0 EhP strategy
- Quality checks / peer group review of configuration
- Provide support for key interfaces
- Identify improvements to business processes and to existing non‑standard solutions
- Data migration activities
- Ensure testing is executed to the correct levels for any required development/configuration and provide opportunities for improvement
- Provision of first‑ and second‑line support to end users
What you need
- Good, demonstrable knowledge of the following SAP modules in an on‑premises context: ESS/MSS, OM, PA, PY.
- To include experience in Fiori HR apps and Time Management and cover country solutions for UK, Canada, Germany and GCC countries
- Management of Global Employees, performance management, learning solution, compensation management, travel management and eRecruitment
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors migration and implementation would be an advantage
- Possess a strong consulting background
- Participation in SAP HCM life cycle implementations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage an extensive workload
