Packing Operative

We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking Packing Operative to help ensure our clients high-quality kitchen products are carefully prepared and packaged for delivery. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Packing Operative Benefits: Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 16:30pm & Friday's 08:00am - 15:30pm Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour Hours: 39 hours per week paid weekly Start date: Monday 7th September 2026 - please do not apply if you have a holiday booked in the next 12 weeks as this is the crucial training period Interviews will be taking place on Thursday 3rd September 2026 Contract: Temporary to Permanent Location: RotherhamPacking Operative Duties: Carefully packing kitchen units, doors, and accessories for safe delivery Quality checking products to ensure they meet organisational standards Labelling and wrapping goods accurately Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe Following all health and safety guidelines Working on your own and as part of a team Minimum daily requirements (production targets)Packing Operative Criteria: Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing and packing experience is essential Good physical fitness as this is a manual role Strong attention to detail and pride in your work A team player with a positive attitude Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Good work ethic and prepared to learn new skills**Please note this is a very physically demanding role and requires regular manual handling and lots walking as part of the day to day duties** Pro-Found Recruitment are an employment business and equal opportunities employer
