HR Resourcing Advisor - Belfast

Human Resources Advisor required immediately to work with our public sector client the NI Housing Executive, this role will be based in Belfast City Centre within the resourcing team.

This is a temporary full time post for a minimum of 9 months, with the possibility of extension. The pay rate for this role will be £16.90 per hour, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

The main duties will include;
- Provide support to the Senior HR Advisor in the delivery of NIHE HR Policies
- Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary, and grievances
- Analyse KPIs and produce reports to support management decision-making
- Facilitate HR forums and participate in internal and external meetings
- Ensure compliance with legislation and promote best HR practices across the organisation

What We Need From You
- CIPD Qualification
- 1 years experience in HR
- Willingness to complete an Access NI Police check
