Red Recruitment is hiring a Fraud Advisor for our client where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer services in the financial services industry.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with any queries they have and ensuring you remain compliant with FCA guidelines.

Salary: £13.35 per hour
Hours: Mon-Sun Shifts Between 7am - 11pm
Location: Glasgow

Handling inbound calls across a range of products
Putting customers first and using sound judgement to find the best solutions
Owning queries from start to finish
Spotting opportunities to improve how they work
Collaborating with the wider Customer Services team
Providing information in line with FCA regulationsKey Skills and Experience of a Fraud Advisor:

A customer-first mindset and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
Familiarity with Office
Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service
