Five Iron Golf is bringing its industry-leading competitive socializing concept to London, combining
immersive golf simulators with a premium hospitality experience.
Our Broadgate site is the Five Iron UK debut, building on more than 50 sites globally, and counting. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the food offer of a brand-new venue, joining at the outset of an ambitious regional expansion.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our Team as we launch our first venue in London this summer.
Our Broadgate Circle site is the Five Iron UK debut, building on more than 50 sites globally, and counting.
What Were Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is calm and works well under pressure.
A Sous Chef with positive attitude and excellent communication skills who is organised,
customer focused and pays attention to detail.
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation, manages food GP, ordering and stock control.
Maintain safe and hygienic work practices by observance of hygiene, fire, health & safety
and haccp requirements. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Deliver efficient service during busy periods and corporate events
Build a positive, motivated kitchen culture and colleagues relationships.
Manage day to day kitchen operations on Head Chefs days off.
Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized restaurant.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and food safe working area.
Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the designated kitchen area.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and recommended cleaning methods.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Ability to complete food hygiene documents.
Great time management skills.
