Supervisor

Acting on behalf of my client we are seeking an experienced supervisor for a reputable production company who specialise in aluminium windows and door products. Duties & Skill needed: * Aluminium Window and Door Production. * Strong communication skills across all levels. * CNC experience preferred but not essential. * Having a strong positive attitude, with excellent attendance and punctuality. * Hands on, within manufacturing. * Looking after a small group of staff (5) * Man-management. * Ability to liaise with shopfloor and the sales team. * Taking care of day-to-day production schedule making sure deadlines are met. * Carrying out QC both online and on completion. * Stock control. * House keeping. * Problem solving. * AN understanding of how important an overall complete range of duties the role covers. Hours of work 7am – 3.30pm Mon to Fri 40 hour week.
