Level 3 Nursery Assistant - Kensington | Shift Work | September Start
A warm and welcoming nursery setting in Kensington is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join their dedicated early years team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development to work in a supportive and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.
The role will involve working as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care and engaging early years provision for children aged 0-5.
Shifts will be on a rota basis:
7:00am - 3:30pm
10:00am - 6:30pmThe Role:
Full-time Level 3 Nursery Assistant position
September start
Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for children
Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
Assisting with daily routines, activities and observations
Building strong relationships with children, parents and staffThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification - essential
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
A warm, caring and patient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enthusiasm for supporting children's early developmentThe Nursery Offers:
