Employability Officer – Jobs Guarantee Programme

Itec Skills and Employment is seeking an Employability Officer to support delivery of the Jobs Guarantee Programme in Wales. You will coordinate referrals, onboarding, job matching and ongoing participant support to help people progress into sustainable work.

Key is engaging with participants, maintaining records, and liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth progression through programme stages. A Welsh speaker with recruitment experience is preferred and a full driving licence is required.
