Whether it's handling complex diagnostics, supporting fleet reliability, or developing new skills, this role offers both challenge and long‑term progression. ⏰ Working Pattern This is a rotating shift role designed to offer structure and variety: Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 06:00-15:00 Back Shift: Monday-Friday, 13:00-22:00 Overtime: Saturday mornings, 06:00-12:00 On‑Call Rota: 1 week in every 3 (paid additionally) 💷 Salary & Rewards Base Salary: £43,108 per year Typical OTE: circa £50,000 First‑Year Earning Potential: up to £54,000, including: £5,000 sign‑on bonus (paid after a successful 3‑month settling‑in period) Expected overtime of £5,000, paid at 1.5x hourly rate Annual performance bonus of up to £2,000 🎁 What's In It for You?
