At The Caledonian Edinburgh, our Food & Beverage outlets deliver elevated dining and refined guest experiences. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support leadership across our venues, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence and strong commercial performance.
The Person:
Experienced in luxury food & beverage operations with strong supervisory skills
Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated with a genuine love for hospitality
Calm under pressure and confident in managing competing priorities
Skilled communicator who inspires and supports team members
Willing to learn, multitask and develop into future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Delegate tasks, communicate effectively and manage team workflow
Respond to guest queries promptly and professionally
Support annual and mid-year appraisals for direct reports
Maintain strong knowledge of POS systems, cash-up and rota processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
