Senior Engineer

The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of major construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to coordinate engineering activities across complex builds. Key Responsibilities * Managing and coordinating site engineering activities * Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, specification, and quality standards * Setting out and overseeing subcontractor works * Reviewing technical drawings and resolving engineering challenges * Assisting with planning and sequencing of works * Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures * Coordinating with design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders * Producing and maintaining accurate site records and documentation * Supporting junior engineers and site teams where required Requirements * Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline * Proven experience working as a Site Engineer or Senior Engineer within the construction industry * Experience delivering large-scale construction, fit-out, or refurbishment projects * Strong technical and problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple workstreams within fast-paced project environments * Strong understanding of health & safety and quality procedures * Proficient with surveying equipment and construction software What’s on Offer * Opportunity to work on prestigious, award-winning projects * Long-term career progression within a growing business * Supportive and collaborative working culture * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package * Ongoing professional development and training * Exposure to technically challenging and high-profile schemes
