Property Manager (hybrid)

Residential Block Manager Hybrid (Part Time) 25 hour per week £38,000 pro rata Larkfield, Kent ME20 Our client is now recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to manage a residential portfolio of apartment blocks and estates in and around surrounding areas of Maidstone Kent. The right candidate will be an experienced Block Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential block management and hold TPI Level 3 as a minimum (Level 4 preferred). The Property Manager will be available as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of blocks, dealing with lessee concerns and reports of maintenance both via our reporting platform and homeowner calls/emails. Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations. Ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and comply with health and safety regulations. Manage and write budgets for your block properties. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, fire safety, and property management laws. The proposed working hours are 9am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break although flexibility can be negotiated. Office based in Larkfield with two days per week working from home
