Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
Lead the successful delivery of major projects and programmes across the full lifecycle
Provide expert advice to clients on programme, risk, cost, and overall delivery strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
Prepare and present detailed monthly reports, project programmes, and risk updates
Drive clear communication, governance, and decision-making throughout project teams
Develop and implement robust project delivery strategies to achieve client objectives
Identify challenges proactively and deliver effective solutions in fast-paced environments
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project performance and delivery outcomesRequirements
Degree qualified in Project Management or a construction-related discipline
Chartered or working towards a professional qualification such as APM, RICS, or equivalent
Demonstrated experience delivering projects across the full project lifecycle
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and industry best practice
Previous consultancy, commercial, or developer-side experience would be advantageous
Knowledge of both pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities
