About the role

Residential Management Group (RMG), one of the UK's leading property management companies, is looking for a caring, organised and customer-focused Warden to support residents at our development in Boston Spa. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll help provide a welcoming, safe and well-managed environment for residents aged over 55. You'll be a trusted and approachable presence at the development, providing day-to-day support, coordinating services and helping residents maintain their independence and connections within the wider community. This is a part-time, site-based role at our development in Boston Spa, Wetherby, LS23 6DT. You'll work 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for three hours each day. You'll maintain high-quality support services in line with relevant policies, procedures and good practice. Welcoming new residents into their homes and explaining the facilities available.
