Overview

We are looking for a Manager who is ready to lead and run it as their own. Fast‑paced, fun, and fresh. No two days are the same. We are constantly growing; you start as a Shift Manager and could progress to Store Manager or another key department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead team on the floor, managing a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or similar environment.
• Maintain high standards of coffee, service, and food temperature.
• Drive sales and team engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience managing a team in a fast‑moving environment (restaurant, coffee shop, QSR, etc.).
• Strong energy and presence; not hiding in the office.
• Commitment to quality and standards.
