Frontline Duty Manager — Lead Shifts & Guest Service

Whitbread's Premier Inn in Glasgow/Cumbernauld is seeking a Duty Manager to lead hotel operations on a 32-hour week. You’ll supervise reception, housekeeping and restaurant functions, guide the team, and ensure guests have a smooth stay.

This is a hands-on role with daily floor presence and strong customer focus. You don’t need prior hotel experience; Whitbread values leaders from retail or hospitality backgrounds who can make quick decisions, stay calm under pressure, and coach colleagues.
