Senior Estimator

My client is recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join their Pre-Construction team. The Company A respected construction company known for its commitment to quality and professional development. The opportunity to work on exciting construction projects across various sectors such as education, commercial, healthcare, industrial, defence, retail and leisure up to £30m. The Role Joining this close-knit pre-construction team, you’ll play a key role in shaping projects from the outset. With greater visibility across the full process, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact and see the results of your work through to completion. The successful candidate will be managing the cost plans and pricing of single and 2-stage tenders under JCT D&B forms of contract. You will help produce Bills of Quantities (BOQs), take offs, full cost plans, and target cost reporting, as well as occasional pre-construction surveying duties.
