Construction Estimator

Position: Construction Estimator Location: Norfolk (Site Based) Hours: Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum + Annual Bonus + £5,000 Car/Travel Allowance Employer: Leading Construction Company   An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Estimator to join a leading construction company, supporting major building projects within the healthcare sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected business delivering large-scale projects, offering excellent long-term career progression, major project exposure, and an attractive benefits package.   The Role Overview   As the Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive tender submissions for major building projects. Working closely with the wider pre-construction and commercial teams, you will help develop detailed cost plans, support framework projects, and contribute to successful bid delivery.   What you'll do: Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Support the full tendering process through to financial handover Develop cost plans and pricing exercises for major construction projects Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations Assist with tender queries and post-tender negotiations Work closely with senior estimating and bidding teams on framework and target cost projects Ensure estimates are commercially robust and aligned with project requirements   What you'll bring to the role: Previous experience estimating on large building/construction projects Strong knowledge of estimating software (Causeway experience desirable) Experience producing and managing tender documentation Good commercial awareness and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced pre-construction environment   What's on offer: £70,000 - £80,000 basic salary Annual bonus scheme £5,000 car/travel allowance Opportunity to work on major healthcare and commercial projects Long-term progression within a leading construction business Exposure to high-profile, technically challenging developments   This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator looking to take the next step within a leading construction company delivering landmark building projects across the UK
