Principal Highways Design Lead - Projects & Mentor Team

Build Maintain Recruit Limited is seeking an experienced Principal Design Lead in civil engineering to join the team in Cardiff (or Bristol). You will lead highways design projects from concept to completion, mentoring engineers and guiding junior staff while shaping the growth of the civil engineering group.

You will work with the Associate Director, produce and review technical designs, liaise with clients and authorities, ensuring delivery to schedule, budgets, and high technical standards.
