About the role

RSPB in Scotland is seeking a Scotland Director to shape nature recovery and lead a passionate team across Scotland. This pivotal role will drive ambitious, evidence-based programmes, align with the Chief Operating Officer and Management Board, and ensure delivery of Scotland's strategic priorities.

You will lead major projects, manage risk and governance, and travel as required to represent RSPB at national and international levels while building an inclusive, high-performing team.
