Earnings

• Competitive base salary (completely negotiable depending on experience)

Typical earnings across our current team:*

• Year 1: £40,000 - £60,000 OTE
• Year 2: £60,000 - £80,000 OTE
• Year 3: £80,000+ OTE

*Many of our consultants outperform these benchmarks. We currently have Year 1 recruiters earning what we would typically expect from Year 2 consultants, while some of our team with 3+ years' experience typically earn in excess of the year 3 figures.

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with finance and accountancy professionals across your market
• Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients
• Making outbound sales calls to candidates and hiring managers
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Building and maintaining a strong network within your market
• Becoming a specialist within your chosen sector
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Generating repeat business through exceptional relationship management

Experience

• 1+ years' sales experience preferred
• Recruitment experience is welcome but not essential
• Experience in business development, outbound sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
