Commercial Law Partner

Job Description A major international organisation is undergoing a significant transformation programme and is looking for an experienced Commercial Contract Redesign Partner to support the redesign and commercialisation of its service offering.
This is a high-profile transformation role sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy, pre-sales, pricing and complex contract negotiation. You will work closely with operational service teams to understand their services, costs and risks, helping define how these should be packaged, priced, contracted and ultimately taken to customers.
Shaping commercial propositions, pricing models, rate cards and charging schedules
Supporting pre-sales activity and helping shape customer deals
Drafting, reviewing and marking up commercial documentation
Helping establish a consistent contract lifecycle framework before transitioning the model into BAU
You will be an experienced commercial contracts professional with a strong background in pre-contract and pre-sales environments. Strong commercial contract management experience
Hands-on experience drafting and marking up commercial documentation
Good knowledge of pricing and commercial models, including rate cards and charging schedules
Strong project and senior stakeholder management capabilities
Exposure to SOWs, change control and contract lifecycle management
The ability to operate effectively across a complex transformation programme
Ideally an Accounting Qualification - ACCA, CIMA or ACA
You will join a major transformation programme with significant visibility across the organisation, helping shape a new commercial contracting model from initial proposition and pricing through to customer negotiation and implementation.
