Associate Planner

Associate Planner | Infrastructure & Energy | UK We are currently working with a growing consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate Planner to join its expanding infrastructure planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MRTPI Planner with strong DCO / NSIP experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility and play a key role in some of the UK’s major infrastructure and energy projects. What’s on offer? You’ll have the opportunity to: Lead infrastructure planning projects through the NSIP / DCO process Work across major energy and infrastructure schemes Manage client and stakeholder relationships Prepare planning statements, reports and supporting documentation Mentor and support junior colleagues Contribute to business development and team growth Work alongside specialists across environmental planning, sustainability, land and CPO What are they looking for? Ideally, you’ll be: MRTPI qualified Experienced in infrastructure planning Confident working with Planning Act 2008 / DCO procedures Experienced in managing clients and stakeholders A strong communicator with excellent report-writing skills Commercially aware, proactive and collaborative This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be more than just a project contributor, with genuine scope to take ownership, develop client relationships and help shape the growth of an infrastructure planning offering
