CNC Miller (3/4 Axis) c£36k -40k Bedfordshire ABJ6524 An established and growing precision engineering company is seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for a capable CNC Miller with strong 3-axis experience who is looking to develop into 4-axis machining. Full training and support will be provided, making this a genuine progression opportunity. * Opportunity to progress from 3-axis to 4-axis machining * Work on high-spec, precision components across multiple industries * Join a stable, growing business with a strong reputation * Regular overtime available to boost earnings * Supportive team environment with a focus on quality and development Responsibilities * Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines (3–4 axis) * Work with modern machinery (e.g. Haas) using CAD/CAM systems such as OneCNC or HyperMILL * Maintain high standards of precision and quality * Meet production schedules and internal deadlines * Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving on the shop floor Skills and Qualifications * Proven experience as a CNC Miller (3-axis minimum) * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * CAD/CAM experience is essential * Strong attention to detail and quality standards * A proactive, team-oriented mindset Candidates with solid 3-axis experience will be considered and trained on 4-axis machines (salary may reflect experience level). Salary & Benefits £18-20 per hour (equivalent to approx. 36-40k permanent salary); (lower with just 3 Axis) Regular overtime available; 20 days holiday + bank holidays; Pension scheme, Clothing.
