Acting for farming businesses, landed estates, private landowners, developers and rural enterprises, the successful candidate will advise on a diverse range of high-value and often multi-generational matters.From significant land acquisitions to strategic development projects, the role offers exposure to some of the region's most interesting rural and property work. It is ideally suited to a candidate with experience in commercial, rural or agricultural property who is keen to deepen their expertise in this evolving sector.The position will include:Agricultural and rural land acquisitions and disposalsFarm and estate transactionsAgricultural, rural and commercial leasing mattersOption, promotion and development agreementsStrategic land projects, overage arrangements and rights affecting landThe successful candidate will be technically strong, commercially aware and motivated by building lasting client relationships.
