People don’t tend to leave.They’re now looking for an Audit Senior (or strong finalist) who wants to step into a role where: * You’ll lead audits and deal directly with clients * You won’t be siloed into one sector * You’re trusted to get on with the job * You’re not commuting into Manchester every dayThe client base is varied - manufacturing, construction, not-for-profit, professional services - largely SME and owner-managed. It’s hands-on, relationship-led audit. Not box-ticking.What they’re looking for: * ACA or ACCA qualified (or within 6 months) * Solid UK practice audit experience * Comfortable leading fieldwork * Confident speaking to clients face-to-face * Someone who wants to be part of a team - not fully remoteThey operate hybrid working (2 days in the office), but culture matters here.
