Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator  We’re working with an established and growing business based in Redhill, who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their busy Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, is highly organised and takes pride in delivering a great service.  The Role  You’ll play an important role in supporting the sales process, managing customer quotes & orders from the initial enquiry through to delivery  Processing customer quotes & orders via email, telephone & online channels  Handling customer queries & ensuring these are resolved efficiently  Following up on quotes & helping to convert quotes into orders Managing incoming enquiries in the sales inbox & supporting the wider Sales team where required  Identifying opportunities to pass on to the BD team  Proactively escalating any issues & keeping customers updated  Working closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Purchasing & Sales teams Ensuring all orders, quotes & customer information are processed accurately & within the agreed timescales  About You We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised & confident communicating with people.  Previous experience in a sales administration/internal sales or similar role  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  Confidence dealing with customers over the phone & via email  A genuine desire to go the extra mile for customers  What's on offer?
