Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Lisburn, to recruit an Assembly Supervisor.

As the successful Assembly Supervisor, you will be supervising assembly teams to ensure products are assembled safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

What We Require: Previous supervisory experience within assembly or manufacturing operations.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow management.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving ability.

Strong focus on quality, safety and team performance.

Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
