GROUNDWORKS SUPERVISOR REQUIRED in Colchester, Essex Rate for the GROUNDWORKS SUPERVISOR: £250 per day Role: Groundworks supervisor needed to for topsoil works, stone works and earthworks. Requirements: * CSCS Gold Card (Preferred) * Proven experience on earthworks / groundworks projects * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration. * Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members at all levels. * Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
