Working within our Strategic Review Programme team,you'llhelp shape investment decisionsanddeliver regeneration opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex asset reviews,influence major strategic decisions, lead meaningful regeneration projects.and shape the future performance of a significant property portfolio.

This role looks to think big, bringing conceptualisation,designand delivery ofnew ideasto our assets to ensure they are fit for the future.

The Role

Reporting to the Programme Manager - Strategic Review Programme, you will lead the delivery of options appraisal outcomes across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and land assets.

You will manage a programme of strategic reviews, assessing opportunities for conversion, reconfiguration, reinvestment,regenerationand portfolio optimisation.You'llbeprovidingleadership to a small technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration,accountabilityand continuous improvement.

Day to day you will find yourself:

  • Leading strategic reviews of underperforming properties, land holdings,garagesand commercial assets.
  • Managing and delivering options appraisals thatidentifyopportunities for investment, regeneration, stockrationalisationand portfolio improvement.
  • Developing robust financial models, long-termforecastsand Net Present Value (NPV) assessments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluating asset performance at portfolio and archetype level, taking an estate-wide view of investment opportunities.
  • Producing evidence-based recommendations for reinvestment,conversionand reconfiguration projects.
  • Managing refurbishment and regeneration projects across existing residential estates.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to shape long-term investment priorities and asset strategies.

About You

You'llcombine strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to deliver complex projects in an asset management environment.

You will come to the role with:

  • Proven experience within asset management, strategic assetreviewsand options appraisal programmes.
  • Strong project managementexpertisewith recognised project management accreditation or demonstrable experience.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing technical or commercial teams.
  • Excellent financial modelling, analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical,financialand economic data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of options appraisal methodologies and asset review processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.

This is a hybridrolesoyoullbe able to base yourself from home. Travel for the role will berequiredsoyoullhave a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes and will be suitablylocatedto enable travel within our operating region.
