Full time Mechanic and Mot tester

Job Summary: Join our team as an MOT Tester/ Mechanical Technician at our well-established independent garage in Burnham on Crouch, Essex. We are looking for a experienced individual to perform MOT tests on a Full -Time basis (Part-Time considered) This is an exciting opportunity to work in a RAC Approved family-run business with over 40 years of experience and outstanding working facilities. Mot Duties: - Conduct MOT tests efficiently and accurately - Maintain honesty, trustworthiness, and excellent timekeeping in all aspects of the role Key Requirements * Proven experience as a Mot Tester, Technician / Mechanic * Diagnostic and problem-solving skills * Perform routine maintenance and servicing * Repairing and replacing Brakes, clutches and other vehicle components * Liaise with Service and Office Managers on the day-to-day running’s of the workshop * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. * Must have own tools Job Type: Full-time Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 8:30 to 17.30 * One Saturday per month: (Every 1st Saturday) 8:30 to 14.00 If you are a dedicated MOT Tester/Mechanic with a passion for commitment to quality service, we offer a extremely attractive salary reflective of your experience.
