This is an excellent opportunity to join a scaling organisation and play a key role within the finance function, acting as the bridge between the transactional finance team and the Financial Controller.This is a broad and hands-on position, responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations, improving processes and controls, and ensuring the finance function runs efficiently.The RoleFinance Manager key responsibilities will include:Overseeing day-to-day finance operations and transactional finance activitiesManaging month-end processes and ensuring timely and accurate financial reportingMaintaining and improving financial controls across the businessSupporting process improvements and automation initiatives to drive efficiencyAssisting with balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow managementWorking closely with the Financial Controller to support the wider finance agendaActing as a key point of contact within the finance function and providing guidance to junior team membersSupporting ad hoc projects as the business continues to grow and evolveAbout YouWe are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded accountant who is eager to develop within a growing business.You will have:ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualificationAt least 1-year PQE - either in accounts preparation OR industry trained.Ideal background within an SME environment OR experience within Financial Services/ FinTechStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the businessWe Would Be Particularly Interested InNewly qualified accountants who have trained in industryACA-qualified candidates from smaller accountancy practices/ accounts preparation who have worked predominantly with Financial Services clientsIndividuals looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced and growing organisation.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
