Requirements To be considered for the Air Conditioning Engineer position, you should have: Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability F-Gas qualification Experience working on commercial HVAC systems Full UK Driving Licence Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Good communication and customer-facing skills Desirable Qualifications & Experience NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Experience working on Mitsubishi, Daikin, VRV or VRF systems IPAF, PASMA, CSCS or Asbestos Awareness FM or multi-site maintenance experience Electrical, controls, plumbing or refrigeration knowledge Salary & Benefits Up to £45,000 basic salary OTE £55,000 £65,000 Door-to-door travel pay Enhanced overtime rates Company van & fuel card Personal use of vehicle Up to 25 days holiday bank holidays Standby / call-out payments Mobile phone, tablet & PPE provided Ongoing manufacturer training courses Progression into senior and specialist positions Secure long-term contracts and stable work pipeline If you're an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for your next opportunity in Birmingham or the West Midlands, apply today or get in touch with Jacob from HVAC for more information.
