Venn Group is recruiting a Locum Property Lawyer for a long-term maternity cover assignment in Wales. The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEx lawyer with strong property law experience in local government, and with desirable commercial contracts exposure.

Start: End of October. Duration: 9 months +. Fully remote, with options for full-time covering property and contracts, or part-time (≈3 days/week) focused on property matters.
