180 Recruitment Consultant , focusing on: Sourcing and engaging engineering professionals

Building strong candidate relationships

Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process

Making placements within your specialist market

After approximately

4–5 successful placements , you'll begin progressing towards a

360 consultant role , taking on business development and client management. You need to be: Ambitious and motivated by huge earning potential

Commercial and relationship-focused

Resilient and hardworking

Curious and willing to become an expert in their market

Competitive but collaborative

Excited by the opportunity to build something of their own

What you will receive?

£28k starting salary + highly competitive commission

Commission tiers of

10%–40% , paid monthly

Average placement fees of around

$33k
