This role is being advertised as Careers Advisor, but internally your job title will be Job Coach.

About Pinc
Pinc is an Independent Specialist College offering an inspiring and impactful approach to education and pathways into employment for neurodivergent young people, aged 16-24 years. Through creative study programmes based in galleries, museums and cultural venues across England and Wales, we help students develop confidence, skills and pathways into further education, higher education and meaningful careers.
Our approach combines personalised learning, creativity, wellbeing and employability in environments designed to inspire ambition and possibility.
As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting learners to access and succeed in meaningful work experience and employer-led learning opportunities. Working across campus and employer sites, you will provide tailored coaching and support to help students build confidence, independence and employability skills in real-world settings.
So, what else are we looking for?
* Experience of working in Further Education and/or specialist provision with students with SEND
* Experience supporting neurodiverse learners and students with SEND and EHCPs
* Experience building and maintaining employer or business relationships
* Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to problem-solve and support learners in real-world environments
* Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office tools
* A professional, proactive and flexible approach to work
