An established and highly regarded law firm in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Property Litigation Lawyer to join its specialist dispute resolution team.The successful candidate will handle a broad range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes such as lease interpretation, dilapidations, forfeiture, rent arrears, break notices and lease renewals.
