Our client seeks aReal Estate Solicitor to join its established real estate team.

The role involves providing expert legal advice, overseeing complex transactions, and delivering comprehensive legal solutions to a diverse client base within the real estate sector.

The Person: 1-3 + years PQE Solicitor.

Oversee and manage complex real estate transactions from initial structuring to final closing.

Advise clients on strategic legal issues across diverse real estate matters, delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.

Direct and perform detailed due diligence reviews of property documentation, identifying legal risks and negotiating resolutions.

Strong communication & client management.

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
