International Tax Manager

The finance function plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, operational excellence and continued international expansion. Your new role: This is a broad and commercially focused International Tax Manager position offering exposure well beyond traditional tax compliance.Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of international tax matters across the group, working closely with senior stakeholders, international teams and external advisers. Responsibilities will include international corporate tax compliance and advisory matters, development and oversight of transfer pricing policies, tax strategy initiatives, financing and capital structure projects, employee equity and share scheme taxation, international payroll tax matters, R&D tax credits and wider tax governance activities. You will also play an important role in supporting financial transformation initiatives as the business continues to grow internationally.
