Location: Bardon, Leicestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (40 hours per week, including paid lunch)
Holiday: 26 days plus Bank Holidays
Pension: Legal & General pension scheme (8% combined contribution)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Team Leaderto lead the management of site facilities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the site remains safe, compliant, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site facilities, including cleaning, waste, security, catering, building maintenance, and workwear.
• Manage contractors and suppliers to deliver services safely and cost-effectively.
• Lead refurbishments, office moves, and facilities projects from start to finish.
• Support compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Lead and develop the Facilities Team.
• Drive continuous improvement across site services.

About You

• Facilities Management experience within an FMCG/manufacturing environment.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing contractors and suppliers.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
