This includes initial review of allnew matters opened globally and ongoing updates to client and matterrecords as required, including implementation of discountarrangements and ensuring compliance with agreed client terms.This is a full time, permanentopportunity based in Glasgow with hybrid working.Key responsibilities of the role include:Support the maintenance of client,matter and panel information within the firm systems.Assist with the review and updateof rate class structures and associated data.Support matter maintenanceactivities, amendments and data validation exercises.Assist with the administration ofclient panel agreements and rate card updates.Input and maintain rate informationwithin firm systems, including 3E.Support quality assuranceactivities to ensure data accuracy and compliance with client requirements.Assist with increased matteradministration volumes arising from merger and integration activities.More information can be found in the job description attachedto the role on our careers site Careers | Ashurst Perkins CoieAbout you:The successful candidate will:Previous experience of workingwithin a finance function, working in a professional servicesenvironment would be preferable.Good numeric, analytical andproblem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skillsOrganised and methodical approachto workTeam player, able to jugglemultiple deadlines and effectively work under pressureGood Excel skills.#LI-HYBRID #LI-TM1
