Expeditor - Nuclear

Our client, a premiere provider in the nuclear sector, is currently seeking an Expeditor to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves working on the Hinkley Point C project, with responsibilities centred around commissioning and operations spares across various equipment packages. The position is based in Leatherhead or Bridgewater, Dorset, with potential opportunities for hybrid working. Key Responsibilities: Direct supplier (desk) expediting of spares packages Coordinating expediting of spares packages Administering the HPC material management tool Ensuring on-time delivery of equipment and materials Communicating effectively with suppliers to track progress Liaising with project teams to fulfil commissioning requirements Maintaining accurate records and documentation Producing regular progress reports Job Requirements: Experience in project coordination and commissioning within the nuclear sector Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using material management tools Ideally, knowledge of French to assist with international communications Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics If you are a skilled Expeditor with experience in the nuclear industry and a passion for project coordination, we would love to hear from you.
