Assembly Operative Near Pulborough, West Sussex £12.71 – £13.50 per hour Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 17:00 We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based near Pulborough. This is a hands-on role within a clean, organised and team-focused production environment, assembling specialist technical products used within highly regulated industries. The company are open to speaking with both: Candidates with previous assembly/manufacturing experience Or practical, hands-on individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn If you are reliable, comfortable working with your hands and looking for a stable long-term opportunity within a supportive engineering environment, this could be a great fit. The role will involve: Mechanical and electrical assembly work Using hand and power tools Following drawings, instructions and build processes Wiring and basic fitting work Quality checking and attention to detail Maintaining a clean and safe working environment We are particularly interested in people from backgrounds such as: Assembly Production Manufacturing Wiring Electrical Mechanical fitting CNC / machine operation Automotive Construction / practical trades Engineering environments What we’re looking for: Good attitude and reliability Comfortable with hands-on practical work Willingness to learn and follow process Strong attention to detail Ability to work well within a team Stable work history preferred This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation, excellent training and genuine long-term career prospects.
