As the Day Centre Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring activities, care, and support are delivered to the highest standards while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for every individual who attends.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Day Centre, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
• Lead, supervise, and support the Day Centre team through regular supervision, training, and performance management.
