£27,000 - £32,000 basic salary, depending on experience

The Role

As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly, producing fantastic food and helping to create a positive, enjoyable working environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients

Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Maintaining excellent standards of food quality and presentation

Contributing ideas for menus, specials and new dishes

Leading and supporting the kitchen team during busy services

Managing stock, ordering and minimising food waste

Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up

A genuine passion for cooking and producing great food

A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a hands-on approach

Confidence working in a busy restaurant kitchen

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their work
