Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor – Central London £45,000 – £80,000 (DOE) We’re working with a well-established construction and civil engineering contractor who are looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into their London team. They have a strong pipeline of work across concrete repairs, structural repair and civils, and this is a good opportunity to get involved in a range of technically interesting projects within a busy and growing commercial team. What you’ll be doing: Managing projects commercially from handover through to final account Carrying out valuations, variations and cost reporting Procuring and managing subcontractors and supplier relationships Supporting contract administration and commercial negotiations Working closely with site and operational teams to monitor progress and costs Identifying risks and commercial opportunities across projectsWhat they’re looking for: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or civil engineering Ideally exposure to concrete repairs, structural repair or similar specialist works Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts Able to manage workloads across multiple projectsWhat’s on offer: £45k – £80k depending on experience  Exposure to a variety of projects within a busy London team Long-term opportunity within a stable, growing businessFor more information, please apply below and someone from the team will be in touch
