Care Worker – Full-Time Spilsby, Lincolnshire Temporary Role with Potential for Extension into the Next Academic Year Via GSL Education GSL Education are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join a specialist setting in Spilsby, Lincolnshire. This is a full-time position beginning on a temporary basis, with the opportunity for the role to continue into the next academic year for the right candidate. You will be supporting children and young people aged 2–19 years with complex and profound learning difficulties and additional needs, helping them to access education and achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment. The Role: Provide high-quality care and support to pupils aged 2–19 years. Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to meet individual needs. Support pupils with complex and profound learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and communication needs. Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive engagement throughout the school day. Assist with personal care where required. Create a caring, inclusive, and supportive environment for all pupils. The Ideal Candidate: Must be available to work full-time. Comfortable supporting children and young people with complex and profound needs. Caring, patient, and resilient, with a genuine passion for helping others. Previous experience in care, support work, education, or a similar setting is desirable but not essential. Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
