Registered Children's Home Manager – Solo Home 📍 Essex 💰 £50,000 - £60,000 + Inspection Bonuses (OTE up to £80,000) JP Healthcare Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager on behalf of a growing children's residential provider in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a solo children's home, providing high-quality care and support to a young person in a stable, nurturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the culture of the service, driving positive outcomes, and leading a dedicated staff team. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the day-to-day operation of the solo home • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations 2015 • Manage, develop and support the staff team • Drive high standards of care, safeguarding and outcomes for young people • Maintain quality standards and service performance • Participate in the management on-call rota Requirements: ✔ Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager within a children's residential setting ✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards) ✔ Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices ✔ Full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer: ⭐ Salary £50,000 - £60,000 DOE ⭐ Inspection bonuses with OTE up to £80,000 ⭐ Opportunity to lead a solo service and make a genuine difference ⭐ Career progression opportunities ⭐ Ongoing training and development ⭐ Supportive senior management team
