Production Operative 📍 Upton-upon-Severn 💷 £12.71 per hour 🕒 Days – Monday to Thursday 07:00–15:45, Friday 07:00–14:45 📄 Temp to Perm / Permanent Opportunities Available We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established and successful wood products manufacturer based near Upton-upon-Severn. The Role Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you will be involved in the production of high-quality wood products, operating a variety of machinery and hand tools while ensuring products are manufactured to specification. Key Responsibilities Operating woodworking machinery, tools and production equipment safely and efficiently Processing and manufacturing a range of wood products and components Assembling products using a variety of fixing methods, including mechanical fixings, joint assembly and adhesives Measuring, checking and maintaining product quality standards Handling raw materials and finished goods as required Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment Supporting general production and manufacturing operations across the site Requirements Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is essential Experience within the woodworking, timber or furniture manufacturing industry would be advantageous Confident using hand and power tools Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Positive attitude with a reliable and committed approach to work Flexible to work overtime when required to meet business demands Benefits Early finish every Friday Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate Stable, long-term employment with a well-established manufacturer Friendly and supportive working environment Overtime opportunities available Interested?
